On Wednesday, March 26, former Waterville Senior High School standout Joe Hamelin’s current college team, the Husson Eagles, won 12-9 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Maine Black Bears.

The game took place at Mahaney Diamond. This was their first matchup against the Black Bears this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Monday, April 14 at 2:30 p.m. at Dr. John W. Winkin Sports Complex against NVU-Lyndon Hornets.
