The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Michael Perkins, Michael Perkins for Congress, refunded $250 to Matthew Marquis on July 28, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Michael Perkins for Congress has refunded $250 total since Feb. 1.
