5:00 – Social Hour and Table Decor Raffle
6:30 – Dinner Service Begins
8:00 – Year in Review and Award Presentations
9:00 – After Party Dancing/Music provided by DJ Dan Miller
Menu Choices
1. Grilled Filet Mignon Duo with Pancetta Crisp and Wild Mushroom Demi Glaze
2. Chicken Samoset with Boursin Stuffed Chicken Breast Accompanied by a Mushroom Vermouth Cream Sauce
3. Baked Stuffed Haddock topped with Lobster & Crab stuffing and Seafood Cream Sauce
4. Porcini & Shitake Mushroom Strudel Phyllo Wrapped Julienne Vegetables, Wild Mushrooms, Caramelized Leeks, Oven Roasted Tomatoes & Red Peppers
All meals will include green salad, bread, and dessert.
Gala Awards will be presented after dinner.
