On Saturday, March 7, Brayden St. Pierre, a former Maranacook Community High School star, and his current team, the UMaine Farmington Beavers, suffered a 92-69 loss to the Yeshiva Maccabees in the opening round of the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The matchup, held at Panzer Athletic Center at 9 a.m., marked the Beavers’ first game in the tournament against the Yeshiva Maccabees.
