Kaplan University-Augusta Campus enrolls 431 undergrads

At Kaplan University-Augusta Campus, 77 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 86 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Augusta enrolled 489 students in fall 2018, including 431 in undergraduate and 58 in graduate programs, data shows. 10.9 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of Maine.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (81 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (1 percent).
