The Bowdoin College swimming & diving teams were honored in academic awards handed out by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA) this summer.
Both Polar Bear teams were named Scholar All-America Teams while ten individuals were named CSCAA Scholar All-Americans. Bowdoin's teams both exceeded the requisite GPA for the spring 2022 semester while the individuals own a minimum 3.5 GPA, qualified for the NCAA Championship and/or achieved a "B" time standard for the season.
The ten individuals honored were Emilie Grand'Pierre (Computer Science), Ella Martin (Neuroscience), Ella Riccio (Earth Science), Anna Roberts (Government & Legal Studies), Sadie Smith (Pre-Medicine), Tatum Zupnik (Economics), John McGowan (Economics), John Soeder (Mathematics & Computer Science), Steve Ward (Mathematics), and Justin Yang (Pre-Medicine).
