University of Maine at Augusta Shaking off the Holiday Rust Strong Showing at USM Open II | University of Maine at Augusta
The match got off to a slower start as Husson Gold took an early lead in the first few rounds but the UMA R6S squad battled back in the end losing the first match by a score of 7-5. UMA got together and re-grouped and came back in a big way in the second match and finished off a 4-7 victory. As the momentum started the shift you could feel a change in the arena. UMA continued to discuss strategy and went into the final match with a very solid plan of attack. UMA R6S took the third and final match by a score of 0-7 to complete the 1-2 victory over Husson R6 Gold.
