With the completion of both Men's and Women's 2023 NESCAC Swimming & Diving Championships, seven different Mules were named to the All-Conference list. The top three finishers in each event and the top three relay teams earn All-NESCAC honors.
While the women battled February 9th-12th hosted by Bowdoin and took eighth place, the men rallied for a fourth place finish at Wesleyan February 16th-19th resulting in their best placement in program history. With that said, Head Coach Tom Burton in his 25th season earned the Men's 2023 NESCAC Swim Coach of the Year. Burton has now earned the award three different times with his others coming in 2001 and 2005 as the Women's Swimming Coach of the Year.

Onto the Men, Neil Mortimer, Shaun Kronenwetter, Brandon Xiong, and Alexander MacLennan earned All-NESCAC after taking 2nd place in the 200 freestyle relay and 3rd place in the 200 medley relay.
