Bella is graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Behavioral Sciences. Bella’s connection to UMA started before her first year – participating in the Early College program earning a semester worth of coursework prior to her freshman year.
While at UMA, Bella has been a member of the Bio/Pre-Health Club, a research assistant in the PiC lab and an essential member of the Admissions Team as a Student Ambassador. She was also named a UMA Rising Scholar.
Bella’s advice to incoming students is “Participate and be engaged with campus life early on. Student life events, student government, work-study or academic opportunities provide unique experiences and surround you with support systems that promote connection and success."
Bella, thank you for being a model student at UMA, keep doing great things - enjoy the world and continue being who you are. The UMA community is going to miss you. Congratulations!
